I don’t appear to be receiving the weekly emails

There could be a number of reasons why you are not receiving emails from the Switzer Super Report. Here are a few quick checks to do before contacting us:

  1. Please ensure the email address you have provided us when first signing up is current and correct. To do this, log in to the website and click on ‘Change my Details’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can then view and, if applicable, change your details.
  2. Please check your Junk mail or Spam folder in your email. Depending on what email software you use, this may be located in several different spots. To ensure your emails don’t get caught in here, please add [email protected] to your list of safe email addresses.
  3. If you continue to experience problems, call us on 1300-S-W-I-T-Z-E-R (1300 794 893).
