IIN – IINET – up two cents, or 0.3 per cent, at $6.45

Internet provider iiNet has paid more than $200,000 in fines for failing to display adequately the price of one of its advertised products.

NWS – NEWS CORP – steady at $21.74

A high-ranking News Corp executive says the company is focused on Fox Sports retaining TV broadcast rights for the AFL.

SUN – SUNCORP – down 26 cents, or 1.9 per cent, at $13.75

Insurance group Suncorp expects to take an up to $150 million hit due to the impact of Tropical Cyclone Marcia.

WOW – WOOLWORTHS – up 53 cents, or 1.81 per cent, at $29.82

Woolworths has reaped $A84.2 million ($NZ87 million) from the sale its 9.8 per cent stake in New Zealand discount department store The Warehouse Group.
